This is a plain-language summary, not the binding agreement. The full legal text is being prepared; until it is published here, request a copy at product@5cotp.com.

What the service is

5cotp delivers one-time codes by SMS to a single recipient per request, through a dashboard and a REST API. It is not a bulk or marketing SMS service.

Accounts and payment

Anyone can register and must confirm their email address. A new account includes a small allowance of free messages that are really delivered. Beyond that the service is prepaid in EUR at a flat price per message shown before you send; paid sending is enabled by the operator.

Acceptable use

Messages must comply with local regulation and carrier rules. Sending marketing, fraudulent or unsolicited content through this service is not permitted and may result in the account being suspended.
